SELFIE MUSEUM HOUSE RULES
The purpose of the Selfie Museum is to provide all visitors with a safe, enjoyable, and pleasant experience. By entering the Museum, visitors acknowledge and accept these House Rules and agree to comply with them.
I. General Provisions
1. All visitors enter and use the Museum entirely at their own risk.
2. Children under the age of 12 may only visit the Museum when accompanied by an adult.
3. Parents or accompanying adults are solely responsible for supervising children. The Museum assumes no responsibility for children who are not under parental or adult supervision.
4. Persons under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating or mind-altering substance are not permitted to enter the Museum.
5. All visitors are required to behave in a respectful and responsible manner, taking into consideration the safety and comfort of others.
II. Protection of Exhibits and Installations
6. All sets, installations, decorations, and equipment displayed within the Museum are the property of the Museum.
7. Visitors must use all exhibits and installations only for their intended purpose.
8. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- pulling,
- pushing,
- damaging,
- overloading,
- jumping onto,
- climbing on,
- or otherwise misusing any exhibit, installation, prop, or decorative element.
9. Visitors are fully liable for any damage they cause and shall be required to compensate the Museum for all resulting losses or repair costs.
III. Use of Swings and Interactive Installations
10. Visitors may use the displayed swings (including the strawberry and banana swings) and other interactive installations solely at their own risk.
11. When using swings and installations, visitors must comply with:
- all posted instructions and notices,
- applicable weight limits,
- and any directions given by Museum staff.
IV. Warning Signs and Instructions
12. Visitors are required to observe and comply with all warning signs, notices, and instructions displayed throughout the Museum.
13. Particular attention must be paid to notices such as:
- “Do Not Touch”
- “Shoes Must Be Removed”
- “No Entry”
- and any other safety, hygiene, or usage instructions.
V. Safety Rules
14. Running, rushing, shouting, screaming, and any other disruptive behavior that disturbs other visitors or is inconsistent with the Museum environment are strictly prohibited throughout the Museum. Visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
15. Stairways must be used properly and only for their intended purpose.
16. Jumping into the ball pit or any similar installation is strictly prohibited and may result in injury.
17. The Museum shall not be liable for injuries resulting from improper or unauthorized use of any installation or facility.
VI. Children’s Parties and Group Events
18. During children’s parties and similar events, the organizer or responsible adult must ensure that all children comply with these House Rules.
19. The supervising adult shall be responsible for the conduct of the children and for any damage caused by them.
VII. Liability and Personal Belongings
20. The Museum accepts no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or unattended personal belongings, including but not limited to:
- coats,
- bags,
- wallets,
- mobile phones,
- jewelry,
- or other valuables.
VIII. Instructions of Museum Staff
21. Visitors must immediately comply with all instructions and warnings given by Museum staff regarding safety, the proper use of installations, and compliance with these House Rules.
IX. Consequences of Violating the House Rules
22. Any visitor who violates these House Rules or fails to comply with instructions given by Museum staff may be removed from the premises.
23. The Museum reserves the right to exclude any visitor who:
- fails to comply with these House Rules,
- endangers the safety of other visitors,
- damages or endangers exhibits, installations, or property,
- ignores instructions or warnings issued by Museum staff.
24. In the event of removal or exclusion from the Museum due to a violation of these House Rules, no refund of admission fees, reservations, or other charges shall be provided.
25. The Museum reserves the right to refuse admission to, or terminate the visit of, any person whose behavior violates these House Rules or jeopardizes the safety of visitors, staff, or Museum property.
Final Provision
By entering the Museum, visitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these House Rules and agree to be bound by them. Violation of these House Rules may result in immediate removal from the Museum without any refund of admission fees or other charges paid.
